You may be expecting me to say travel the world, get married to the love of your life, have children, or create some amazing legacy, but actually it is much simpler than that. The most important thing you will ever do in your life, is to simply decide what you want, decide that you deserve it and then decide to make it happen!

There are so many things that you may want to have and do, but if you forget to decide that you can actually have these things, you will always be on the back foot and struggling. So many people are frustrated because life doesn’t look the way they had hoped, they have listened to all the advice, taken every course, read every book and nothing is changing.

Life was meant to give us challenges so that we could grow and become the next best version of ourselves, but it was never meant to be a struggle. This is something that we have inflicted on ourselves and in any moment we can stop this destructive habit.

Here are 5 key areas where deciding is vital and it will help you to have all the health, wealth & happiness you could possibly want:

1) Decide what you want. What is it that makes your soul sing and inspires you to show up every day at your best?

2) With your heart and soul you have to decide that it is now your time. This will allow passion and energy to flow in ways you can not even imagine. The blocks will lift, your motivation and enthusiasm will return and the world becomes exciting again.

3) Decide that it is possible and that you will do everything in your power to make it happen. When you feel like this, it is easy to put one foot in front of the other and to take action. You begin to enjoy the journey again.

4) Decide that you deserve it. No doubt there will be plenty of old stories and beliefs that try and convince you otherwise, but you have to decide not to listen. Decide that you deserve an amazing life and that this is your birthright.

5) Decide that life does not have to be a painful struggle and that you can learn beautiful lessons without experiencing so much emotional and physical pain.
